Remember when I unboxed some PAW Patrol toys with Addie last year? Well, we’re doing it again (sort of) in celebration of Geoffrey’s birthday at Toys R Us… because apparently you have to start giving out presents when you get to a certain age. And make sure you watch the video all the way to the end for a special cameo that’s probably not all that secret.

I don’t wanna grow up, I’m a Toys R Us kid. They got a million toys at Toys R Us that I can play with… (I can’t be the only one who still remembers that jingle, right?)

While we’re not exactly sure how old the giraffe mascot is turning this year, Toys R Us Canada is pulling out all the stops for Geoffrey’s birthday bash. They’re hosting special events every weekend throughout September, including opportunities for giveaways.

  • Saturday, September 7: Geoffrey’s birthday bash with Zuru Balloons, Peppa Pig, PJ Masks and Sesame Street
  • Sunday, September 8: Meet our car seat experts with Philips Avent and VTech
  • Saturday, September 14: Barbie pouch design and Hot Wheels ultimate race
  • Sunday, September 15: Bakugan training, Hatchimals collectibles trade-in and giveaway
  • Saturday, September 21: Beyblade battle and play, plus the Ultimate Nerf Challenge with Bunkr inflatable obstacles
  • Sunday, September 22: Capsule Chix and Treasure X Aliens demo and play
  • Saturday, September 28: L.O.L. Surprise! exclusive unboxing and giveaway, plus Little Tikes
  • Sunday, September 29: LEGO City Space mini shuttle make and take

For more information about the special events Toys R Us (and Geoffrey) will be hosting throughout September, refer to their website. They say that they’ll have “all the details” for you on September 4. (That’s next Wednesday.) Go celebrate Geoffrey’s birthday with fun activities, giveaways, and a chance to win “great raffle prizes at each store!”

Disclosure: Toys R Us Canada provided me with the box of gifts depicted in the video. I was not required to talk about it, nor did I receive any other compensation. I just thought it was a nice gesture on their part. All opinions are my own.
