Beyond the Rhetoric Swag Giveaway

I don’t know about you, but I like winning and I like free stuff. Better still, I like giving away free stuff here on Beyond the Rhetoric, so it’s time once again for another giveaway!

I’ve hosted other contests before, giving away swag from CES and Computex, for example. Most people don’t get to attend these kinds of trade shows, so I thought sharing some of my swag with you could be the next best thing. In this case, I’ve got some swag to give away from this year’s CES, LANcouver and PAX. Make sure you check out my PAX Prime coverage on MEGATechNews when you’ve got a moment.

What Can I Win?

There’s a great little collection of stuff here. Included in the prize bundle are:

  • Magic: The Gathering sports backpack
  • Zotac baseball cap
  • Firefall inflatable noisemakers
  • NZXT “You Mod Bro” t-shirt (M)
  • The Behemoth PAX12 lanyard
  • League of Legends lanyard
  • Asus Republic of Gamers “plane” USB drive
  • Machinima stickers
  • Toshiba USB PowerStick battery by Ecosol
  • Magic: The Gathering coloring book and crayons
  • Corsair dog tag
  • Corsair 25% off coupon code

Total estimated value: Priceless

That Toshiba PowerStick is absolutely invaluable to any road warriors out there. It’s a portable battery that can be used to charge a number of mobile devices, including your smartphone and MP3 player. The Magic backpack is very high quality and that Asus flash drive is certainly unique.

How Do I Enter?

As with other giveaways and contests that I’ve had here on Beyond the Rhetoric, I’m going to keep this reasonably simple. There are just two steps to entering this contest:

  1. “Like” Michael Kwan Freelance Writing Services on Facebook
  2. “Share” the contest announcement post on Facebook

Michael Kwan Freelance Writing Services Facebook Page

Bonus entry: Complete both steps above, then get one extra entry if you post a comment below describing the best swag that you’ve ever received at a trade show, conference or event. You won’t get the bonus entry unless you do the Facebook thing first.

This contest is open to anywhere in the world with reasonable access to a regular postal service. Just bear in mind that if you are overseas, the shipping might take a while.

Good Luck!

Entries are open until end of day on Friday, September 21. The winner will be picked at random and I will be contacting him or her via Facebook, so keep an eye on your inbox. If the winner doesn’t reply within a few days, I will select another winner at random. All decisions are final.

Have a question about the contest or need some clarification? Post it below and I’ll get to it as soon as I can. Good luck!
