Do you like free stuff? I like free stuff. I also like giving free stuff away. That’s why I am now hosting the Great Computex and E3 Swag Giveaway right here on Beyond the Rhetoric.
As you know, I was over in Taiwan earlier this month to cover Computex Taipei 2010. Shortly thereafter, I hopped right back onto a plan to Los Angeles for the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). From both trips, I was fortunate enough to get some swag.
And now I’m going to share said free stuff with you!
First, let’s look at the Computex prize pack.
In this prize package, you’ll find an Edimax wireless adapter, Computex notebook, Computex card-sized flash drive, a Computex pin, a Getac pen, and a bonus MichaelKwan.com pen.
What about the E3 prize pack?
In there, you’ll find a Camarena Tequila t-shirt, a Video Game Voters Network t-shirt, a GameStreamer t-shirt, a GameStreamer USB flash drive, and a bonus MichaelKwan.com pen. Not pictured but also included are redemption codes for 50 credits on GameCoins.com.
So, how do you enter?
Simply post a comment on this post, telling me which prize package you prefer and why. The contest is open to anyone in the world with reasonable access to the postal service, but know that overseas shipping can take longer to get there.
I’ll leave entries for this giveaway open until the end of the month, announcing the winner on Canada Day, July 1st. Good luck!
I want to win the first pack because I believe in irony!
I want to win the 2nd pack because that would be 3 more days between having to do laundry!
I’m kind of digging the first prize pack…it has gadgets. 😀
I love videogames and I love booze. I could always use new shirts for sporting at fragapalooza. I would greatly appreciate if I was chosen for prize pack #2
Can I just win the USB flash drives? I seem to need more lately haha
Hey Michael!
I would like the E3 pack. Why? Because I’ve been a gamer since my early days in 95′. I’ve always read & dreamed about going to the E3 but have never had the oppotunity to 🙁
It’d be cool to get some stuff from there, especially shirts. And judging by the way they look, I’d definitely sport them. I could use the USB for small site backups.
Hope I win! And goodluck to everyone else 😉
Size matters. The pack with the larger USB would be great! 🙂
Yay it’s contest time, again!
Is it any wonder your contest posts almost always attract the most comments?
I would love to win the E3 prize pack because I could use some gaming t-shirts which are not available in the local shops, and I can’t see myself having the chance to attend E3 anytime soon.
The comments really come out of the woodwork when a contest shows up, eh?
I want the E3 prize pack. Why?
Because I want the gamer shirts to pick up chicks of course! ^^d
Honestly though, I like the look of the E3 stuff and could probably pull off wearing each of the shirts at the events I plan on attending this summer.
I would love the first prize pack because the card-sized flash drive looks cool.
I would like the Computex prize pack because we have lots of photos over a 5 year period that we would like to arvchive but have been putting it off.
Doesn’t the E3 prize pack also include the new Xbox 360 Slim? I’m pretty sure it does! 😉
Shhhh… it’s a secret. 😉 I don’t even have it on hand yet. Go check your mailbox.
I could use the new xbox 360 slim.
I’m cursed with the 3 RRoD on mine. I did the self fix with artic silver & nylon washers a few months ago, but now I have three rings of death again with a new error.
I’m getting by using the towel trick, who knows how long that’ll last before my console gets fried. 🙁
Well I def want the computex prize pack. I need an extra wireless adapter for my test machine because our internet has been out for a few days now and we’ve been leeching of someones wifi and I don’t wanna have to go buy another desktop wireless card. Anyways good contest!
#1 since I need a wireless adapter for my main machine
😀
Hope I win
-Raj
Good Luck to all
E3 prize pack – I love them gaming shirts!
I would like the Computex prize pack so that I could use the notebook and michaelkwan.com pen to write you a letter saying thank you, and the wireless adapter will be very useful on my next business trip.
I would like the Computex swag because I don’t really care for videogames.
