I don’t really consider myself to be a professional photographer, but taking pictures does comprise one of the many responsibilities I have as a professional writer and reviewer. That’s why I thought it might be appropriate to give you a glimpse into what I carry around in my camera bag.
Naturally, some of the stuff that I bring along when I travel has changed over the years, but up until a few months ago, my camera bag didn’t change all that much. I was carrying around my Canon S3 and I was pretty happy with that. Then, it got stolen.
And so, now my primary shooter is the Olympus E-PL1. That’s the workhorse of my camera bag, of course, but the other accessories shouldn’t be neglected either. They include a Patriot LX Series Class 10 SDHC card, a Flip MinoHD digital camcorder, and a couple of other goodies. You can check out the embedded video below for a closer look.
Now that I’ve upgraded my old Nokia E71 to a Palm Pre 2, I’m not as inclined to carry a separate camera with me all the time. That said (and not surprisingly), the Olympus far outshines the Palm in the imaging department.
Good deal on the business cards, that’s something I didn’t think that you would of stored in that bag! Quite smart actually that you do that!
