A couple of weeks ago, I launched the Facebook Me and Win contest. The concept was very simple. All you had to do was join the I Read Beyond the Rhetoric Facebook group, write a comment on the group’s wall, and you’d be entered to win a brand new iTrip nano from Griffin Technology.
Well, the contest closed mere minutes ago and there were a total of 27 entries. You were only given one entry to the contest, regardless of how many comments you posted on the Facebook group’s wall. Obviously, I excluded myself from the contest. That wouldn’t be very fun (or fair) at all.
Using an online random number generator to select the winner, I am happy to announce that Linda Vegh is the winner of the Griffin iTrip nano for the fourth-generation Apple iPod nano. Even if you don’t have the newest nano, this iTrip will work with any current iPod or iPhone using the standard Apple dock connector.
Linda, please use the contact form to send me your mailing address. If I do not hear from you within the next 48 hours or so, I’ll select another winner at random.
Thanks again to everyone who entered the contest and thanks for continuing to read Beyond the Rhetoric. I’m heading off to Los Angeles next week for the E3 Expo, so hopefully I’ll return with some swag that I can then give away in another contest. Free is good, right?
Congrat’s Linda! I’m sure you will find a good use for your Griffin iTrip Nano.
Congrats Linda!
Congrats to Linda!
And, you know, I still haven’t logged in to Facebook since the contest started…
