As you may already know, I typically head out every Saturday to have some dot com pho with other bloggers from the Vancouver area, but we occasionally deviate from this standard plan. In June, for example, we decided to have some dot com dim sum instead. Well, continuing with our quest for international cuisine, the dot com mogul crew decided to head out to Tandoori Kona in Richmond for some East Indian food.

This get-together was our largest gathering to date. All in all, 16 people attended and great fun was had by everyone there. Better still, we all got a free lunch out of the deal because Gary Jones from BlueFur web hosting decided to pick up the bill. Yes, again! (He paid at dot com dim sum too.) Gary’s such a generous guy. If you’re looking for Canada web hosting, I highly suggest you sign up with BlueFur. Enter the coupon code “JohnChowRocks” and you’ll get 15% off your order.

Yeah, it was a big group. Going clockwise from the front, we can (barely) see John’s mom, Danny, Greg Morgan, Erin Berringer from Newport Business Media, Tejpal Salooja Singh from 1234 Pens, yours truly, Stephen Fung, Ed Lau, Gary and Lisa Jones from BlueFur, Jeannette Duguay from JenTekk Web Solutions, Rainer Schmoll from Think Referrals, his son Matthew Schmoll, and the evil John Chow. Not shown in the picture are John’s wife Sarah and their daughter Sally. (Whew, I need to take a breather…)

Continuing with the theme of generosity, Gary Jones decided to hand out a few BlueFur promotional t-shirts too. John’s the only goof that decided to tuck his in. How big is your package?
