The Top Thinkers of Beyond the Rhetoric

Looking back at the people who posted the greatest number of comments last month, you’re going to see some familiar faces. In fact, the top three “thinkers” of January are actually the same as the top three in December. The other two folks rounding out the top five are different though. Let’s see who made the cut.

Topping the list once again is Ray Ebersole. He works as an Instructional Technology Technician for his local school district. One of his side duties is providing technical support for pilot programs and, for this, he’s been brushing up on his coding skills in everything from CSS to ASP, PHP to SQL and more. The experience has been “very satisfying.”

Next up, Betshopboy has been sharing some of his fun family vacations against, this time visiting the giant water slide at Sunway Lagoon in Kuala Lumpur. In fact, it’s home to the Vuvuzela, which just so happens to be the world’s largest water ride. He snapped several photos of the massive attraction, clearly named after that horrendous instrument we hear during certain soccer games. There’s also a video in his post to let you “feel the thrills and spills.”

In the third spot for January, Jim Cullen is the man who you may have once known as Zagorath. He hasn’t really been keeping up with his blog updates, but I did find a nice post in his archives where he performs Gnossienne No. 3. I’m not at all a classical music buff or anything like that, but it looks like Jim has some nice piano-playing skills there. Have a listen through the embedded video in that post.

Rounding out the top five are Malko and Cliff. Neither of them provided a blog URL, but I do that Terry Malko has a fairly active Instagram account you can follow. He recently attended a concert with some 90s R&B legends. Who remembers If I Ever Fall in Love by Shai?
