When you are planning a stag do for your friend and your traveling buddies, there are plenty of great places in the United States and Mexico to choose from.
The following are 3 of the top destinations to for your stag party. The party has to be a momentous occasion and you are certain to have the time of your lives in any of these lively hotspots and send off your soon to be married buddy in grand style.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
Let’s start with Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. There are all sorts of entertaining nightclubs in Cabo, also known as “Lands End” because the town is literally at the end of Baja California. Some of the most popular nightclubs in Cabo are El Squid Roe, the Giggling Marlin and Sammy Hagar’s Cabo Wabo.
The building from the outside might not impress you, but once you walk in, you’ll know why Squid Roe is considered the top spot for entertainment in Cabo. Throughout your visit here, you will discover that Squid staff will frequently pass by, banging drums, blowing whistles and passing out tequila Jell-O shots. It is not uncommon to dance on the top of the tables here.
The Giggling Marlin is another fun spot for tourists, especially for buddies on a stag trip. This club has a lot of role playing games in front of the nightly crowd. Don’t be surprised if one of your buddies gets picked to do a Michael Jackson moonwalk! Don’t forget to take a picture of your buddy hanging upside down like a marlin.
Cabo Wabo is another great nightclub where live music plays on a regular basis. You might even see the famous owner perform on stage with his band the Wabos. This club has also some of the best food in Cabo and best margaritas.
There are also plenty of water sports to do such as fishing for marlin, swimming at Medano Beach, and snorkeling.

New Orleans, Louisiana
New Orleans is one of the best spots to have a stag weekend in America. It really doesn’t matter if it occurs during the Mardi Gras season or not because Bourbon Street is lively every single night. A few of the best nightclubs on Bourbon Street are the Cat’s Meow, a karaoke bar, Razoo and Pat O’Brien’s, which is home of the famous Hurricane drink.
While you are in New Orleans, you want to take your stag buddies on a riverboat cruise on the Mississippi River or try some of the tasty beignets at the Café Du Monde. You can also try some of the excellent Cajun food or do some gambling at Harrah’s New Orleans.

Las Vegas, Nevada
By far the best place to have a stag party in the United States is in Las Vegas, Nevada. The fabulous Las Vegas Strip has so many world-class hotels, nightclubs and casinos you can understand why Vegas is so popular. Among the top nightclubs in Vegas are Studio 54 at the MGM Grand, the Ghostbar and the Playboy Club at the Palms Casino Resort, the new Marquee nightclub at the Cosmopolitan Hotel and the Tao nightclub at the Venetian Hotel and Casino.
Also while you are in Vegas, you might also want to take in a Vegas show on the Strip where you some of the best entertainers in the business. Popular singers such as Elton John, Celine Dion, Rod Stewart and others have all performed on the Las Vegas Strip.
If you have your stag do in any of these lively places, your buddy will appreciate the gesture in helping him celebrate his last few nights of freedom with his closest friends.

I don’t think New Orleans is a great Stag destination. I would consider the Miami, Ft. Lauderdale area before NO. All girls, all bars, all the time.
