		<description>My laptop has a travel battery attached so I get up to eight hours of battery life before it will kick the bucket. Unfortunately, that&#039;s enough time to get totally worn out.

To add to Bernie&#039;s point, you have to have the will power to walk away when you plug it in to charge.</description>

		<description>I keep mine plugged in most of the time.  I think mine has a 4-6 hour life, but if you do graphic-intensive stuff, like with Photoshop, it gets much shorter.</description>
