		<description>Option #1 limits you. If you don&#039;t take risks you don&#039;t succeed. While working on your strengths will make them better, it doesn&#039;t mean that you can&#039;t work on a weakness to make your overall self better. 

On the other hand you can&#039;t take too many projects outside your strength or you become as you imply, good at a lot, great at none. The point of diminishing returns then comes into play and you decline in stature and wealth. It&#039;s a double edged sword that a lot of companies have fallen on.

My choice would be #2 in a limited amount. I would only take the job if I felt I had the time and enough experience to do it well. I feel that the job would increase my value and my self worth.</description>
