Join Me on Facebook and Win

That’s right, folks! It’s time for another contest on Beyond the Rhetoric. In the past, you tried to send the most traffic or post the most comments on this blog, but some people said that these contests were too hard to enter. I’ve listened and responded.

To enter this contest, you’ll only need to spend about ten seconds of your time. You’ve got ten seconds to spare, right? Before we get to how you enter, let’s have a look at what you could win.

The Prize: Want the most convenient and well-designed FM transmitter on the planet? Want it for free? Look no further, because I’m giving away a brand new Griffin iTrip Nano. This FM transmitter has been designed to complement the newest fourth-generation iPod nano, but it will work with any recent Apple iPod so long as it has the standard dock connector. This includes all the iPhone and iPod touch owners in the audience. The suggested retail price is US$49.99. For some reason, Canadian Apple Stores sell it for $69.95.

Contest: Facebook Me and Win! Griffin iTrip Nano for 4G iPod Nano

How to Enter: While the title of the post may lead you to believe that you should add me as a friend on Facebook, that’s not how you enter this contest. Feel free to Facebook friend me anyway, but that’s not how you’re going to win. Instead, it involves a quick two-step process.

  1. Join the I Read Beyond the Rhetoric group on Facebook.
  2. Write a comment (about anything) on the wall of that group.

And that’s it! I’ll ship to just about anywhere within reason. Singapore is fair game. Antarctica is not.

Contest Deadline: All entries to the contest must be posted by 12:00pm PDT on Tuesday, May 26, 2009. That gives you exactly two weeks.

Good luck!
