I was asked if I would transfer to a bigger school with some technology problems that need to be fixed. It is a complement that they think I can fix what is wrong, but at the same time do I want to leave the school I'm comfortable with. My current school is running like a well oiled machine, but it wasn't when I got here 4 years ago. Why would I want to leave when I have it where I want? Well, I want the challenge. I want to show those in management that I am a valuable asset to them. I want to succeed for myself and the future of my family. It's s decision that was hard to make, but at the same time one that I knew was the right one for me to move along the right path. This post is very appropriate for me at this time in my career.
