I tend to have less people on my Facebook account than on Twitter. It's just so hard to keep track of everything going on through Facebook. Photos, status updates, events etc. The less people I have on my list, the better. Twitter on the other hand, I invite everyone to follow. :) I agree. Also, even though the article doesn't explicitly state it, they probably do get patient's authorization before doing it.
