Maybe mainstream should include schools who tweet when there's an emergency or school closure. lol

With the way things are going, I'm sure that's not too far off.

There's no such thing as unlimited plans in Canada, which is very disappointing. The cheapest plan for the iPhone is $60/month, and an extra $15 for caller ID, voice mail, and text messaging. You also have to spend $199 for the phone as well and sign a 3 year contract. Major rip off!

Perhaps. Don't get me wrong, I take an interest in my country's events and what's going on, but sometimes it can get very dull and completely loses my interest after a while.

What is your definition of mainstream? Being on CNN and other news media now would seem to me as mainstream.

See Chris, that is where different people like different things. I would get into reading about our foreign policy and other decision making policies that our leaders have. I also like reading about other nations, as it is always good to know everything you can about friends and enemies. As was said in the Godfather:

"Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer."

I had no idea people still used ZIP drives. Between USB flash drives and external HDDs, ZIP is dying off quickly.

Seriously? It would put you to sleep, just like every other leader's foreign policy. But I think the Huffington Post dissected it a few weeks ago in bullet form.

I still have yet to get either a Blackberry or an iPhone. The data plans in Canada aren't very attractive and are very overpriced compared to those in the U.S.
