Recovering from CES 2009
January 12th, 2009 by Michael KwanAs you know, I was in Las Vegas for about a week attending the Consumer Electronics Show and Affiliate Summit West. Along the way, I got to stay at a great hotel room and scarf down on some free food, but CES itself wasn’t quite as breathtaking or exciting as it was last year. It seems like almost every company there (and those who were absent) were significantly cutting back on expenses, reducing the amount of swag, and minimizing the number of parties.
Anyhow, I’m still feeling a little out of it, so I’m going to try and take today as a recovery day. Regular blogging will resume tomorrow.

Glad to hear you had a good time. It’s interesting to examine how they are trying to save money even with cutbacks at CES.
I wish I could attend CES one year, unfortunately I need some sort of credentials for media.
