		<description>You make a very good point here. You can&#039;t just expect things to start getting better if you&#039;re not doing anything to make them better.

At the same time though, I think sometimes people are too gung-ho about encouraging people to just quit their jobs and go for their dreams. I know at some point it is a leap that has to be made, but from my point-of-view, I think they would be better off waiting until they are sure they can survive without the day-job and not just make a &quot;leap of faith&quot;</description>
