Rock Band has more downloadable songs with new ones every week, they're also cheaper ($2.99 for 3 songs as opposed to $4.99). However, that being said, I'll probably buy both...and I'll probably buy the kit for GH:WT and just the Rock Band 2 game. I’m sort of the other way around.
