"The trouble with all of these scenarios is that they may only work hard when others are looking, because a big part of the benefit is going to others." This part hit me the hardest because that's exactly what I do. I work the hardest when I'm trying to prove a point to other people, but as soon as that point is proven and others are satisfied, I slack off big time. Alright, name dropped!
