I just never visit, or RSS them. Tweets are somehow integrated into Facebook (I assume through an app) and I have to see it on my sidebar all the fucking time. "I ate a burger." "I took a big dump." I also check out various forums where people need help. Granted I do web development freelancing but searching for jobs is the same.
