		<description>While I do enjoy a good steak, I really don&#039;t have one too often - maybe once or twice a year tops.  But when I do have one, I like it just as you described - charred on the outside and almost cool on the inside.

Being in the Chicago area, there are a handful of great steak places when I do want one.  Although my most recent steak was consumed in Vegas.</description>

		<description>It really depends on the location. I&#039;ve always been happy with the Granville Island location. The one in Richmond is pretty bad though.

Gotham and Morton&#039;s are the two best places for steak in the city, but they&#039;re also the most expensive. If you do go to Gotham, definitely order the Porterhouse.</description>
