		<description>While I do enjoy a good steak, I really don't have one too often - maybe once or twice a year tops.  But when I do have one, I like it just as you described - charred on the outside and almost cool on the inside.

Being in the Chicago area, there are a handful of great steak places when I do want one.  Although my most recent steak was consumed in Vegas.</description>

		<description>It really depends on the location. I've always been happy with the Granville Island location. The one in Richmond is pretty bad though.

Gotham and Morton's are the two best places for steak in the city, but they're also the most expensive. If you do go to Gotham, definitely order the Porterhouse.</description>
