		<description>This is true, but with one large, distinct downside.  I've often found that existing clients refer the occasional pain the butt job that I feel compelled to take, despite the fact that it ends up taking way too much time and energy.  That's the main thing that holds me back from encouraging existing clients to refer new work.</description>
