that’s cos all the functional/electronic parts are included in the wii-mote, which slips into the guitar (wiitar?)… i thought this was actually a pretty cool way to make it work.

Ah, such a fun game! I picked up the PS2 version when it came out… and I still suck!

Have you had a chance to play Rock Band? IMO, even more fun that GHIII…

The kids will be getting a Wii along with GHIII from Santa this year. When I, err I mean Santa, stopped at Target to get the GHIII they had two Wii consoles and three other copies of the game.

I thought about buying them all to try and sell more towards Christmas but I didn’t - and am still thinking I should have just done it. Oh well…

I actually wanted to get the Wii version…till I found out the SoundTrack was MONO! That’s right! All those Guitar Shredding classics are all presented in MONO! I think there is a class action lawsuit being setup on the web somewhere…probably that Randy Nunez guy that tried to sue the Master Chief

They had a bunch at Futureshop in Coquitlam, both Wii and Xbox 360. They had tons of PS3 at the Best Buy across the street.
