Angelina Jolie Naked in Beowulf… Sort of

There is no story more epic than Beowulf. I got introduced to the tale in high school and explored it deeper at university. It is a story that is larger than life, following the journey of an incredible hero — Beowulf — who battles mythical beings and does some super-duper heroic things. There have been other Beowulf movies in the past, but what makes the upcoming movie extra special is that they are using motion-capture technology similar to what was used for The Polar Express, starring Tom Hanks. Wikipedia calls it “digitally enhanced live action.”
What you see above is the trailer for this latest take on the epic Beowulf story. Ray Winstone will take the title role, whereas other critical characters will be “played” by Anthony Hopkins (King Hrothgar), John Malkovich (Unferth), Alison Lohman (Ursula), and Angelina Jolie (Grendel’s mother). And yes, Angelina Jolie’s boobies are in the trailer. Well, not her boobs, but a CG representation of her boobs.
Beowulf will be directed by Robert Zemeckis and is scheduled for release on November 16 of this year

The video didn’t load in IE7.
Hmm, weird. I also noticed that in IE7, the bookmark shortcuts become extra huge… any idea why that could be?
Hmm… weird. On the shortcuts, try adding font-size: 1em; to the inline style.
One thing I noticed on the movie code, is that you need /> at the end of param, not >.

Yeah, that’s the thing. I only use Firefox so I don’t see any real issues with my blog, but when I try viewing it in IE6/7, these weird things pop up from time to time.
Maybe try the plugin IE Tab? It allows you to view a page in IE (using iexplorer.exe), within Firefox.
I only use IE, though. I do test my site in different browsers though.

I saw the trailer for this one before Stardust. Hopefully this one turns out to be a good movie. Looking forward to it’s release.
