If you download the new EXECPHP plugin and reupload it, it should be OK, assuming that you are using it in the first place. I know that the first time that plugin broke with a WP upgrade, it was showing doubles in some sections of my sidebar. Just a thought. If I remember correctly, it was something on their end and it was resolved within a day or so.
