Freelance Writing Job: Do You Love Cars?

July 23rd, 2007 by Michael Kwan

Just thought I’d pass this along to any budding freelance writers in the audience. If you’re a fan of cars and you love to write, Leftlane News, a popular automotive news blog, is currently hiring a full-time news editor. This could prove to be an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to break away from the standard 9-to-5 routine and live it up as an unconventional freelance writer like me. It was a post similar to this that got me started at Mobile Magazine, after all, and look at how far I’ve gotten since then.

Note: I’m in no way affiliated with LLN, so don’t ask me any questions about the job.

If only I had more experience with writing…I don’t even use the conventional method of typing! I still peck! :)

    2. Thanks for the heads up on this. As a freelance writer it is always nice to see others helping…

    3. Definitely a cool job for any writers that already love cars. I need to start looking for a few part time writers/bloggers for a few side projects I’m working on… though I hear you can get some extremely cheap content/article writers for around $4 per article/post off eLance and digital point forums.
