K-Q suited is a pretty marginal hand when someone has raised such a considerable amount and you know nothing about the type of player he is. If you decided to stay in the pot though after showing tentativeness preflop, you certainly should've raised... 30 at least. Second hand is why I hate poker. Only 5 cards will beat you, and 1 comes out. This reminds me of one night when I lost to my friend's ten year old son in half an hour. Actually he wiped two of us out completely in that time span...only beat me by one card on the exact same hand. I was holding K-6 offsuit and he was holding K-7 offsuit I would find out. Flop was K-K-9, the turn and the river didn't produce anything else either...so we both had 3 of a kind but he had the 7 kicker. ouch.
