Linkin Park Rocks Live Earth Concert for a Better Planet
By: Michael KwanI don’t know if any you caught the 24 hour concert yesterday — 7/7/07 — organized by Al Gore and crew to help combat global warming and environmental change. The Live Earth concert took place over several continents, with performances being held in Tokyo, Shanghai, Hamburg, New York, London, Rio de Janiero, Johannesburg, and Sydney.
A lot of huge stars took place to help promote the effort including Madonna (London), Lenny Kravitz (Rio de Janiero), Kanye West (Live Earth New York) and the rock band that I’m showing off below, Linkin Park (Tokyo). Within mere hours of the live performance, YouTube got bombarded with videos from the concert.
Reduce, reuse, and recycle, folks!
