Google CEO Talks About iPhone, Privacy, and Future Directions

June 21st, 2007 by Michael Kwan

If you’re interested in the world of Google, then this talk with Google CEO Eric Schmidt (he bears some resemblance to Microsoft’s Bill Gates, doesn’t he?) is definitely up your alley. He tackles all sorts of issues like dealing with the Viacom lawsuit, personalization and privacy considerations, and yes, he even whips out his Apple iPhone at one point. Ah, the luxuries of being the privileged.

    1. Google’s the new Microsoft. In a decade, they’re going to be hated and reviled just like Gates. People will be calling google the antichrist and the destroyer of worlds. Personally, I’ve like MS and Google. They’ve brought innovation and made pc computing what it is today. I can’t wait for the future.

    2. Google is really aiming at the control of http://WWW... they already dictate the way you blog…
Anyway, my big hope is that we switch from cellular to Wi-Fi or any other high speed networks, I’m sick of paying high monthly fee for my cell phone…
