Canucks Win First Game in Quadruple Overtime

With about one minute left in the fourth overtime, Henrik Sedin finally put one in the back of the net, giving the Vancouver Canucks the game one win in their first round NHL playoff series against the Dallas Stars. Roberto Luongo faced well over 60 shots in this marathon of a game.

Looks like my playoff predictions are holding up so far in both the West and the East. I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty exhausted from watching close to nine hours of hockey tonight, so I’m going to bed before my brain fries.

      Yes that was a long game… I wanted to sleep so badly after the 3rd overtime period.. but then I’d feel like I wasted my time if I didn’t watch until the end.

      I passed out after 3rd OT.. the news this morning didnt even know the outcome, they showed it as 4-4.. they must had taped it the night before haha.. busted
