Your contacts would be your Gmail Contacts, "texting" will be a "side-burner feature", emailing via the built-in Gmail app will be the new texting, GPS and Google Maps/Earth would be a standard feature and you'd be able to go check your Analytics stats (now with Phone stats :P ) through the built-in app and turn the phone sideways to get the graphs in portrait mode. :P If Google ever does come out with a Phone, it’ll have everything connected to your Google Account.
