Based on my vet visit with Dr. Anderson (and the x-rays and such that they took), he said that the most likely cause for Roy is an inner ear infection from resident bacteria. Generally speaking, the rabbit can never be "cured" because you can't get rid of ALL the bacteria. With antibiotics, you can try to control it and reduce the inflammation. By doing this, the wry neck / head tilt symptoms SHOULD be reduced. It depends on the cause.
