Stonegrill cooking video

February 19th, 2007 by Michael Kwan

Remember last week how I told you about my dining experience Stonegrill? Remember how I told you that they’re more about selling the sizzle than they are about selling the steak? Well, this video pretty much says it all. That crackling sound you hear is not the result of a bad microphone. That’s my rack of lamb getting slowly seared on a 400-degree slab of rock.

Oh, and in case you missed it the first time around, I gave Stonegrill a 7/10. Yeah, I won’t go back unless I have another 2-for-1 coupon.

That’s because it is. It took a few moments to cook each “chunk” I cut off.
